1. Purpose of the agreement

Rivas Immigration Consulting LLC agrees to provide the client with non-legal immigration support services, including: - Filling out USCIS immigration forms. - Taking USCIS-style photographs. - Preparing physical document packages. - Mailing the package. - Case follow-up.

Note: Legal advice or representation before USCIS or any other government agency is not offered.

2. Fees and payments

The client may choose one of the following payment methods:

a) Full upfront payment via credit/debit card through the website.
b) Split payment via Zelle, CashApp, wire transfer, or cash: - 50% non-refundable deposit at the start. - 50% balance before the final delivery or mailing of the package.

3. Service timeline

Services will be completed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the initial deposit and all required documents and information from the client.

4. Cancellations and refunds

·         The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the work has begun.

·         If the client cancels before the work starts, the deposit may be refunded.

·         No refunds will be issued after the service has been delivered.

5. Limitation of liability

Rivas Immigration Consulting LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation.
USCIS decisions or delays are not the responsibility of the service provider.

If a technical or administrative error attributable to the provider is identified, it will be corrected at no additional cost, provided it is reported within 15 business days of service delivery.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

All client-provided information will be handled with strict confidentiality. Secure platforms (such as Proton Drive and encrypted email) are used to protect client data.
Information will be used solely for the purpose of the contracted service and may be archived or deleted in accordance with internal policies.

The client also agrees not to disclose internal processes or proprietary materials of the provider.

7. Acceptance and electronic signature

By electronically signing this agreement, both parties declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth herein.
